Funding required for hosting of the Tidal WAV Outdoor Learning Festival in Vancouver.

• Insurance Costs – $1200.00
• Indigenous Voice – welcome and closing ($600.00);  Author Readings (3 X $500.00);  Dance Performance and Instruction ($1600.00);  Indigenous Plant Sessions ($750.00);  Interpretive Walk in Stanley Plant (2 sessions – $1200.00)
• Rentals – Table / Chairs – $600.00;  Sound System – $250.00;  covered stage – $750.00
• Presentations by Cultural Community Groups – $2500.00 – ie.  Bhangra Dancing; Martial Arts; Asian Dancing 

Website Development and Technology

The Wild About Society website has been modified from the Wild About Vancouver structure.  Updates of obsolete elements and broken links need to be repaired.  Site also needs to accommodate more traffic and ability to cope with survey data.

• Initial repairs and updates  –- $700.00
• Hosting; Plugins – renewals and updates;  interactive tools(ie. forms, survey) – $3000.00
• Monthly maintenance $115.00 per month 
• ZOOM annual meeting costs – $250.00 Cdn 

Training and Resource Development

• Development costs for training modules and tools for Wild About Outdoor Learning Festival Planning $1200.00
• Staff / venue rental – instructors for coordination and in person & online sessions $1500.00
• Staff – Writing, formatting and publication direction of Wild About Outdoor Learning Training Manual / Book for Publication $ 1500.00
• Travel costs – face to face meetings with community hosts $1500.00 

Advertising and Promotion

• Staff – development campaign to recruit volunteers, promote Wild About Outdoor Learning Festivals $1200.00
• Radio, social media, newspaper, poster campaigns – $2000.00

Volunteer Engagement 

• Staff – Development of Volunteer Training Module (expectations ie.  Human Rights Code, Reconciliation, Encouraging the divergent voice $2500.00
• Developing campaign to reach out to community. $500.00
• Snacks and beverages on event day $400.00

Coordination and Community Engagement 

• Staff – General Management, Soliciting Funding, Coordination purposes/staff.   $ 6500.00
• Developing campaign and materials to reach out to community  $500.00
